Looking to buy a longboard

Does anyone have any suggestions about buying a new longboard?

I'm living in Florida so I'll be surfing the Atlantic coast. Looking to both nose surf a lil and have good performance.

Thanks for any suggestions.

You might want to wait for the new materials are introduced to replace the clarke formcores that are no more.

If you can't wait the boards are really much better today than ever before so the right board can help you catch a few more wave or hold on to one.

On the Atlantic spoon nose long boards are aplenty Get a trifin I am seeing thrusters around here and there. So find a shop that treats you rite and ask them about the shapes they feel work.

If you want to sleep with the board you have the right one and what a grand feeling bring home a new board.

I suggest finding a Florida shaper and talking with them. A good shaper will ask a lot of question and be able to match you up with the best board for your skills and the area you'll be surfing. It may cost a little more, it may not. Either way you'll end up with the right board. And one good board is worth more than a quiver of crap.
    Good luck!
