    incase anyone was wondering themselves.. my dad has just e-mailed me answering my question.. he says to look up arugam bay.. in his words its among the best surf in the world.
    now i think of it this is where he must have been when he e-mailed me photos of him surfing the day before the 2004 christmas tsunami.. the irony half amuses me now.. but it wans't so funny when i didn't hear from him for 2 weeks cos of broken communication lines.
